Once again I want to thank you for helping to make my daughter's senior prom experience a wonderful one this year.  My daughter's group got a late start on their planning and if it weren't for your wonderful staff we could very well have missed out on limo transportation all together.  But, despite the fact that all of your vehicles were already committed, Wendy and Rudy went to work with your affiliates and found us the 14-passenger SUV limo that we needed.  Your staff's support of customers is absolutely outstanding.   There are a lot of limousine companies out there but Sterling Rose is the one that is totally professional and totally committed to customer satisfaction. As I have for the last 3 years, I will always call Sterling Rose first for my transportation needs.

I just wanted to thank you and Sterling Rose Limousine for a FABULOUS day at the wineries!!  The driver was great, getting the tickets at each winery was a breeze, and the lunches were absolutely delicious!!  We had perfect weather and a perfect place to eat our lunch!  Everyone had an awesome time and was very impressed!!
We will definitely use your limo company in the future and I will definitely pass your name along to anyone I know in need of limo services!! Great job again!!  Getting 8 ladies and their schedules together is never easy and then to have had such an experience by everyone is truly a treat!!

Dear Steve,

Just wanted to let you know that once again we were extremely pleased with the performance of your Sterling Rose team's support of transportation for our daughter and her friends to the high school prom last weekend. As always, George Nicholson was prompt, courteous, and in the words of all of the high schoolers "just awesome". The new parents of the prom group were also very impressed with George and understood why he will always be our favorite driver.
I also want to thank Wendy Adame for her contribution to the success of this event. Her dedication to customer service basically made the difference this time.  The high school group didn't get their act together until pretty late in the prom schedule. So by that time all the limousines were booked and we were facing the prospect of having to try the prom without George and Sterling Rose.
It was Wendy who figured out that our group could fit in a Lincoln Navigator L and that it could be arranged to have George be their driver. All the students and parents were very relieved to here that Wendy had "made it work" - thanks Wendy.
There's no doubt that we'll be calling you in the fall for the 2008 Winter Formal.

We rented her the Expedition Limo and Kim was the driver. The vehicle, like all your vehicles, was pristine and beautiful. But what really made the experience shine was your driver, Kim. She was friendly, courteous and really took control of this group of teenagers without being overbearing. She was accommodating and they all commented on how nice she was when they got home.

I just wanted to thank you and your staff at Sterling Rose Limo for a fantastic time on Saturday, May 5th. I booked the 27 passenger shuttle for my annual wine tasting tour for my friends and family so I was shocked when the "tricked out" limo bus arrived at my house Saturday morning. My guests and I had a great time traveling in style from winery to winery. The tv, satellite dish, and all the other top notch features made the trip that much more special. I really appreciate your generosity for allowing my group to enjoy your special limo bus. The only problem now is my group has been officially spoiled and don't know if the shuttle bus will do for next year's trip. Regardless, I will definitely use Sterling Rose Limo next year and in future years and will spread your kindness throughout my community.

I wanted to take a moment to say how much we enjoyed the limo service that was provided by your company and how grateful we were getting Cheryl as our limo driver.
It was my fathers 82nd birthday and my sister flew in from Minnesota just for this occasion. They will never forget the wine tasting tour experience greatly due to your company’s service. From the very start of calling your company I was impressed with how well I was treated by Natasha Houston, and how she was able to accommodate our needs. When the limo pulled up to the house it was a total surprise to my father and sister, and I couldn’t believe how great the limo was. It was exactly what I needed for the occasion. When we met Cheryl we knew that it was a perfect match and that she would provide us with an exciting and fun tour. Cheryl took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. She was able to get us in and out of (5) wineries, which were more than I expected. Cheryl spoke with each winery to make sure we were treated well and took the time to take us to the best places for a better experience and accommodated all of wants and needs for the tour. The limo was beautiful and clean and was kept that way through out the tour. The Champaign and balloons were a perfect touch, and having bottled water available was good thought also. Sterling Rose recently arranged the transportation needs for our annual Global Leadership Team meeting. Your team flawlessly coordinated the transportation for 30 people arriving at LAX and San Diego Airports and provided shuttle and motor coach service for our break out sessions and team building events. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful experience I had with Sterling Rose Limo last Friday thanks to the efforts of Natasha. I had a surprise engagement proposal planned for my now fiancé who works in Temecula. Natasha booked my reservation with your company and went above and beyond the call of duty. For instance, since I live in San Diego and am unfamiliar with the city of Temecula, upon hearing my desire to fill the limo with various goodies (i.e. chocolate covered strawberries, caramel apples, etc) Natasha volunteered herself to stop by a local Temecula old town store during her lunch break to determine if the store had what I was looking for. In addition, Natasha listened to my in depth plan for the engagement surprise and made certain Sterling Rose Limo's services would fully complement my plan - i.e. selecting one of your most professionally dressed limo drivers and checking in with me on the day before the event to see if there was anything else she could assist with. James, our driver, is a fine young man who carries himself and conducts himself in a most courteous and professional manner.
